Romeo Beckham on the road to recovery
Oct 12, 2005, 11:42 GMT
Victoria and David Beckham's son Romeo is on the road to recovery after suffering a series of convulsions.
The three-year-old tot was rushed to a Madrid hospital last week after having seizures for the third time in less than three months.
Romeo was then flown back to the UK for further tests. David had confessed earlier this week that he was desperately concerned over his Romeo's health and said news on his son was 'not that positive'. But Victoria has now revealed: 'It's been a really trying time for all of us, but he is much better now.' Meanwhile, the stunning mum-of-three met with winners at this year's Pride of Britain awards yesterday (11.10.05). The brunette attended the bash - which honours people of courage - without her soccer ace husband David, although he made a recent surprise visit to one of this year's young winners. The 31-year-old singer said: 'David and I are really touched by anything to do with children, and so we're really honoured to be involved. 'I'm so pleased to just be here and lend some support. It's an amazing event and the stories are just incredible. I'll be leaving with lots of great memories.'Copyright 2005 BANG Media International
