Kate Moss could reportedly be arrested on drug charges when she returns to the UK.
The supermodel, who is currently at a US rehab clinic, is set to be questioned by police on suspicion of supplying cocaine, according to Britain's The Sun newspaper.
If convicted, Kate - who was secretly filmed snorting the Class A drug and chopping up lines of the powder for junkie boyfriend Pete Doherty in a London recording studio - could face jail.
Police have apparently already contacted the catwalk queen's lawyers and Scotland Yard are said to have ordered her arrest as soon as she lands on British soil.
A source told The Sun: "This is being dealt with very seriously due to her position in public life. We don't want her use of this deadly drug to glamorise it."
Since her cocaine habit was exposed, Kate was dropped by several top fashion houses, including Chanel and Burberry, who featured her in their ad campaigns.
She has since checked into the Meadows clinic in Phoenix, Arizona, where she is battling her drug addiction.
However, despite her fall from grace, Hollywood actress Sharon Stone and fellow supermodel Naomi Campbell have both spoken out in support of Kate.
