Paris Hilton's ex-fiancé Paris Latsis still thinks she is "the most incredible woman I have ever met in my life".
Despite the fact that she called off their engagement, the Greek shipping heir has nothing but kind words for the hotel heiress.
He has released a statement, saying: "I respect her decision and appreciate the very kind and generous manner in which she is handling her very difficult decision. This was the best experience of my life and I will always be grateful for it."
Since the break-up, Hilton has apparently already found herself a new Greek millionaire.
The blonde beauty has reportedly hooked up with 20-year-old Stavros Niarchos, whose family is worth a staggering $7.5billion.
Paris and Stavros, who used to date Mary-Kate Olsen, were spotted canoodling at Los Angeles nightspot Spider Club on Friday night (30.09.05).
Over the weekend, Paris announced her split from Latsis in a statement, saying: "I'm sad to announce that I've called off my engagement. Over the last couple of months I've realised that this is the right decision for me.
I feel I'm just not ready for marriage."
