Jennifer Aniston has turned to the teachings of Gandhi to help her get over her marriage break-up.
The stunning actress, who recently signed divorce papers from ex-husband Brad Pitt, has been given a book of teachings of the Indian spiritual leader by a friend - and sources claim she is using the book's ideas to help her start her new single life.
An insider revealed to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Because of this book, she is reevaluating her life. Brad and Jen were always into Buddhism, but she's undergone a major life-change so she's got the chance to experiment."
Jennifer has previously been seen out wearing clothes emblazoned with
Mahatma Gandhi's wise words.
The actress owns a pair of trousers saying: "I have nothing new to teach the world, truth and non-violence are as old as the hills."
She also has a t-shirt with the slogan: "Defeat cannot dishearten me. It can only chasten me. I know that God will guide me. Truth is superior to man's wisdom."
Jennifer recently revealed she is ready to start dating again after her split from Brad.
The former 'Friends' beauty admitted she is ready to move on with her life during an interview with US talk show host Oprah Winfrey.
She said: "It's the media that won't move on. You just want to say, 'Come on, people! Turn a page!'"
