Keira Knightley has vowed never to have plastic surgery.
The screen beauty insists she would never go under the surgeon's knife just to improve her appearance after being put off by popular TV show 'Dr 90210' which documents real-life cosmetic operations.
She said: "Plastic surgery is brutal. There's this awful show, 'Dr 90210', that shows people doing plastic surgery and it's brutal. It kind of makes you go, 'Are you all mad?' I couldn't go through with it, I'm not into pain and all that."
Earlier this week, Keira reportedly broke up with pop star boyfriend Kaz James - just weeks after they began dating.
Despite the split, James - who fronts Australian group Bodyrockers - has allegedly already moved on and has been spotted flirting with singer Mariah Carey.
James met stunning Mariah at a star-studded bash in London.
A source revealed: "The pair chatted then Mariah slipped him her room number, a code to get in and her mobile number. But when Kaz tried to dial the number later, her phone was off."
