Naomi Campbell has been accused of hitting her former best friend "like Mike Tyson".
Italian actress Yvonne Scio has compared the sexy supermodel to the boxing champ, alleging the catwalk queen put her in hospital.
She claimed: "First she shoved me against the wall, then she tried to grab my face and finally she let rip with two or three violent punches in my face.
"My lip was cut and I was absolutely petrified. I couldn't even cry because I was in such pain. I was absolutely stunned. She was like Mike Tyson."
Speaking to an Italian magazine, Yvonne, 36, believes Naomi thought she was trying to steal work from her.
She explained: "Naomi beat me up because she was afraid I would take work away from her. She could have ruined me.
"There was talk about it being over a dress, over a man and I even read it was a lovers' tiff because we were sleeping together, but that's all rubbish."
Yvonne claims she is now intending to sue the supermodel.
However, Naomi has vehemently denied the alleged attack, with her spokesman saying: "Naomi made it clear that there had been a disagreement between the two, but Miss Campbell is adamant she had words with the actress but nothing more than that."
