Gwen Stefani keeps 'problems' in perspective
Sep 8, 2005, 11:10 GMT
Gwen Stefani claims her showbiz lifestyle makes her cry.
The sexy 'Cool' singer - who has also started up her own fashion label, L.A.M.B - says her gruelling work schedule gets her down and she often bursts into tears because she can't cope with all the demands placed upon her.
She explained: "An example of my day would be, go to Italy to shoot a video and squeeze in a meeting about a jewellery range that ends up taking up five hours.
"Then I sort out clothes and make-up for the video, which takes a couple of hours. Finally we start shooting - that takes five hours. Then I start to cry because I'm supposed to be on holiday."
However, the blonde beauty says she manages to put her 'problems' in perspective with the help of her friends.
Gwen, 35, claims whenever she starts to feel sorry for herself, her pals bring her back down to earth by reminding her she is a pampered pop star.
She added in an interview with Britain's Grazia magazine: "My friends tease me and I start to laugh. Then I think I'm so lucky to have all these opportunities - this is what I wanted. Then I go to sleep, wake up and start again. Every day I have these "pinch me" moments, so I'm not complaining about anything."
