Madonna's husband Guy Ritchie had a home tutor.
The 'Snatch' director confessed he has hired a private teacher to help him learn everything he missed out on at school.
Guy - who left school at 15 with just one GCSE - said: "For a number of years I had a man who informed me of the classical body of wisdom."
The filmmaker admits he hated school because his dyslexia, which was undiagnosed at the time, made it difficult for him to study.
He explained: "I detested school. It was usually to do with learning difficulties, and it was only at the latter stage I became a truculent pain in the a***."
Meanwhile, Guy has revealed he is making a documentary about the Kabbalah. But despite being a devout follower of the mystic Jewish faith he also confessed he doesn't understand what the religion is about and never turns up to prayer meetings.
He is quoted by Britain's Times magazine as saying: "So many people think they know what Kabbalah is. I don't know what Kabbalah is."
