UK paper says Brad Pitt's parents warned him off Jolie

Brad Pitt's parents have warned their son off Angelina Jolie - because of her bad marriage history, according to Britain's Daily Mail newspaper.
Bill and Jane Pitt - who remain close to Brad's estranged wife Jennifer Aniston - have reportedly told him to cool his relationship with the twice-divorced screen beauty.
Earlier this year, the pair were quoted as saying they had met Angelina and thought she seemed "nice".
But the actress is said to be hurt by their latest comments. A source told the paper: "Angelina thought she had got on well with his parents but then they told him he had moved too fast with a woman who had a bad marriage record."
Brad and Angelina, who met on the set of 'Mr and Mrs Smith' last year, are already reportedly living together after Brad transformed his bachelor pad into a family home.
The actor has also been spotted playing 'dad' to Angelina's two adopted children, Maddox and Zahara.
Earlier this week, he visited Angelina on the set of her new movie holding four-year-old Maddox's hand while cradling baby Zahara. He also had a milk bottle sticking out his back pocket.
Angelina was once married to actors Jonny Lee Miller and Billy Bob Thornton.

I am 62 years (young) and think Mr.b. Pitts folks should let this young man make what he thinks is right. Mom, Pop you did. stay out of it. It is well known you care for Jen and you can still have her as a friend but let your son have his heart and back him up as you did Jen.Angie has a wonderful heart an will do well by your son. you made your mistakes let them make thiers and they will learn from them. Well put L Wood. Angelina Jolie comes from two failed marriages. That is a fact. But she cannot go back in the past and rectify those events, just like we ourselves are unable to do.
Does she treat Brad well? Does she love and respect him? Does he love and respect her as well? That is what should matter to the parents.
angelina jolie is a seductress with no respect towards other women and marriage. she's a freak who used to wear vials of blood, now trying present herself as a respectable mother. nice she's adopted a couple of kids, but what about the one in russia that she visited but then changed her mind about? like he's not gonna have issues when he grows up and finds out the life he might have had. she's just an all around poser, and a crappy actress at that. not to mention those lips of hers are like a babboon's behind. brad pitt is cheesy, and obviously of weak character, and lacking the classiness of his ex wife, jen. brad and angelina are definately a match (for now), i'm sure jen will move on to much better things, and a less wimpy guy.
Brad and Angelina deserve a shot. they obviously love eachother because if this whole thing was just a sexual connection theyd be over by now right? Brads cheating was wrong but if hes finally found happiness with Angelina, who are we to criticize him?
Brad is a grown man and his parents should back off. They are going to end up isolating him from them, so they should let him make his own decisions and back him up and give him their support. they may like Jen, but they weren't married to her and didn't have to live with her day in and day out. no one knows what goes on in a marriage besides the 2 people who are in it, so they should let him follow his heart, and they should love their son unconditionallly and welcome his beloved with open arms. he is their flesh and blood- he should be their priority, not Jen. Come on, Pitt parents, step up to the plate and support your son!

i can't stand jen, she is the wannabe not angelina; all she cares about is getting a cool image that will top angelina, i don't think she even knows what it is to love someone because she NEVER thinks of brad, even in a BAD way, she is always ready to blame jolie when brad obviously was the one who decided to take this relationship to a serious level.
plus, i think jen wouldn't even be in the papers or magazines much if she had never been married to brad, she took FULL advantage of that, she was always sure to be at every premiere and every awards show with brad on her arm; he nver seemed that excited about it don't you think?
i hop that brad & jolie make it against all odds, just because posers like jen stink!

Wondered if anyone else sees it. The family praying around the table in the W
photo's Brad conceptualized, his reference to the Good Book in the Sawyer interview, and of course only wanting to do an interview if it includes him talking of 3rd world problems. Also Angelina's sudden Jackie O wanna be image change. When they do announce they are a couple we will most likely see them going to church every Sunday like all good political couples do. What leaves a bad taste in my mouth is that they are using the publicity surrounding a painful divorce, and children to do this image thing.
I think what Brad Pitt has done over the past few months is heartless! He started everything by posing for photos in 'W' magazine with Angelina trying to portray the all American family. Jennifer Aniston recently spoke out in Vanity Fair magazine probably because she is tired of all the hype. I think Jennifer has way more class than Angelina will ever have! Angelina is pretty and a good actress, but those things aren't everything. What matters most is the heart and Jennifer seems to have a great heart. Brad, you're going to wake up and smell the coffee one day and will regret what you did to Jen. I know it takes two to every relationship, but he has shown his true colors how he has flaunted the relationship between him and Angelina Jolie since the announcement of the divorce. Couldn't he at least wait until the divorce is final?!? Well, Jennifer Aniston will always be my favorite 'Friend'.
I'm never interfere to my children business. I think they are old enough to make their choice. Parent involded too much just break their marriage.
