Robbie Williams can't help stripping off
Aug 17, 2005, 17:37 GMT
Robbie Williams stunned his friends by stripping off in a posh London restaurant.
However, the cheeky singer's striptease took place in a curtained-off booth in Holland Park eatery Julie's - so other diners couldn't see.
A source revealed to Britain's Daily Mail newspaper: "The curtained booth - I think it's 1G - was taken down six weeks ago, but some celebrity diners complained, as they like the privacy.
"Hugh Grant and Richard Branson like the alcove, which is known as the 'G-spot'."
Robbie is no stranger to getting naked - he recently confessed to recording songs in the nude.
The singer confessed: "I'm probably going to be one of those very embarrassing fathers who's a naturist when I'm older.
"I guess when it comes down to it, I just like taking my pants down!"
Robbie first discovered how much he enjoyed nudity when he stripped off to record a song on 'Escapology' as a joke.
He revealed: "I took my pants down for a laugh while recording one of the songs on 'Escapology' and everybody laughed, so I laughed.
"Then I thought, 'Actually, I quite like this,' and then everyone got a bit uneasy because I refused to put my clothes on!
"Everyone was like, 'Put it away, there's nothing to see!' And there really isn't, but it was liberating."
