Mickey Rourke has been on a date with British glamour girl Alicia Douvall.

The Hollywood actor and the blonde model - who have both had extensive plastic surgery - were spotted holding hands at London's M*VIDA nightclub over the weekend.

Mickey's night out with Alicia, who has previously romanced Simply Red singer Mick Hucknall and basketball star Dennis Rodman, comes just days after he wooed another man's girlfriend at a nightclub and then took her back to his hotel.

The 'Sin City' star charmed his way into the affections of Ukrainian model Anna Ilnitskaya at top London nightspot Boujis.

Rourke, 49, had approached the 20-year-old blonde in front of boyfriend, Andrei.

He later whisked her away to his lavish £1,200-a-night suite at the Dorchester hotel, after an ugly confrontation outside the club, where security guards were forced to keep the two love rivals apart to prevent a brawl.

However, Rourke has now revealed snaring the model was a waste of time. He reportedly said of the encounter: "She wasn't worth the effort. Her boyfriend can have her back."

Rourke - whose handsome looks have been ravaged by botched plastic surgery and boxing - was seen in the company of another beauty last Wednesday night (10.08.05) as he enjoyed a second evening out in the English capital.

The veteran star is currently in London shooting the big-screen adaptation of Anthony Horowitz's novel 'Stormbreaker'.
