Ben Affleck seeks parenting tips from mum

Ben Affleck has been asking his mom for parenting tips - because he is a "nervous wreck" about becoming a dad for the first time.

The handsome actor, who is expecting a child with wife Jennifer Garner, is reportedly worried about making mistakes when the baby is born.

So he has turned to his mom, Chris, for some much-needed advice and reassurance.

A friend revealed to America's National Enquirer magazine: "He's been asking her what he should expect those first few weeks after they bring home their baby. "He's worried about everything from nappy-changing to feeding schedules.

"Ben told me his mum thinks it's funny - people have been having babies for thousands of years, and he'll know what to do when the time comes."

It was recently claimed the newlyweds, who met on the set of 'Daredevil',are expecting a baby girl.

The couple reportedly let slip the secret of their unborn baby's sex while in the Turks and Caicos Islands, where they married in June.

According to America's In Touch magazine, Ben was overheard saying to Jennifer: "My mom wants to know what we're going to name her, but I say, 'What does it matter what she's named if she has a healthy granddaughter?'

"Our baby will be perfect."
