Nicole Kidman spends 38th birthday with teenagers

Nicole Kidman celebrated her 38th birthday with select readers of Seventeen magazine Monday night for a special screening of her comedy Bewitched.
The Oscar-winning actress arrived alone and was clearly touched when the girls presented her with homemade birthday cards and sang the birthday song to her.
“You're good!” Kidman said with a laugh, posing for photos with the girls and the magazine staff. “Thank you! I'm not having a party or anything. You're my party.”
As for more celebration, Kidman says she has nothing planned. “I send my mom flowers to say thank you," Kidman said. "I don't think your birthday is about you. I get enough attention. I don't need any more attention.”
When asked if she could twitch her nose and make anything happen as her character Samantha can in Bewitched, Kidman replied, “I would want no war and to eradicate cancer. And things for me? I'd want to be able to twitch my nose and be anywhere in the world at any time, because I spend a lot of time away from the people I love.”
Nicole added another wish to the list: “For the person meant to come and find me, I would say: Come and find me soon!”
She won’t talk about her ex-husband’s engagement to Katie Holmes. “When you are really well known, it's a balancing act,” she said. “I've had a lot of things happen in my life. I've been under so much scrutiny. And by now, I'm a bit gun-shy. I'm not good at lying, and I believe that if you look someone in the eye and tell them something, you'd better believe what you're saying. But at the same time, I have no problem saying 'no comment,' because it's about protecting your family and protecting your heart.”

Nicole Kidman remains a class act. She seems to handle things with such grace. She reminds me of the old-school classic actresses like Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly.
