I used bestofvegas.com to book my Las Vegas hotel and show tickets. It was a major headache. Not only did they not provide me with a room, they charged me twice for it. When I finally got it straightened out with the hotel (I booked a room myself and disputed the charges to my credit card), I decided to go see the show they had sold me tickets to. Imagine my disappointment when there were no tickets left for me despite the fact they had charged my card (for the tickets and a number of mysterious fees) and provided me with a confirmation including seat locations. To my relief, the box office manager, Glen Davis, was able to sell me tickets at a lower cost than the bestofvegas site and much better seats than the ones originally promised to me. What a racket these guys have going. When I called to have the tickets refunded, I was told no way, the terms and conditions stated no refunds. HA! No refunds/no exchanges/ no service. When I finally talked to the operations manager, one Dante Gibilisco (who would not talk to me until I found out who he was and asked for him direct), they tried to charge me a 10% fee. Almost a 100 dollars fee for nothing provided. I declined that offer and filed a dispute, again, with AMEX. I have won both disputes, and was told by my AMEX rep that they were constantly receiving disputes about this company and their parent company (Entertainment Benefits Group).

So I beg you, if you value service and integrity, shop elsewhere for your Vegas experience.

It sounds like your experience was frustrating. I actually used bestofvegas.com to purchase my show tickets for 3 shows and I saved money on all of them. I had no issues and the tickets were at the box office with fabulous seat locations. I guess these companies can be hit or miss, but I would definetely use them again.
