Nick's another statistic looking to happen
Can we just send him to jail and be done with it? He's had 4 speeding violations in six months that are documented not to mention the ones he was pulled over for and not given tickets because he is who he is. He's obviously a menace to society on the roads and can't keep the high speeds on the track. If someone doesn't take his license away the next artical we'll read is his own obituary. His comments about his driving alone should have his license be suspended...And the comments on the cards and the effects on the girls, give me a break...

The sad thing is pricks like him will always get off the hook and will walk away without a scratch from an accident.
Add another car, pick up another girl, make some new friends, get bailed out of trouble and repeat.

I grew up in Clearwater and had Sunshine speedway to race on and golden gate in Tampa. I went on to IMSA and made some serious money in the sport Now you have another industrial park and a housing developement. Perhaps a little less greed and someplace to race besides the Howard Frankenstein and court street might prevent so much of this stupidity. Racing is not bad but where you race has a lot to do with your life expectancy and that of those around you.

He's not very good looking, so I guess he thinks heneeds something to attract women.
If this was any one else the would be in jail and why didnt he get another speeding ticket. He should also be charged with attempted unvoluntary murder. Why do they let people like him off.
Nick could be charged with vehicular manslaughter and face up to 15 years in prison.
The Hogan family has reportedly hired an attorney, who specializes in criminal defense and drunk driving case in the event charges are filed. You can bet Hogan will do all he can to protect the family fortune.
As for Nick, he should lose his racing license and not be allowed to drive, but as a celebrity he will probably just get his wrist slapped while daddy pays the fines and continues to cover for him
Pathetic aholes like this end up killing innocent people. Then they get less time because they can afford good lawyers.
They are gonna have to sell a lot of hulk dolls to pay their way out of this one. At least Nick will be off the streets, even if the police are in Hulks back pocket, no insurance company will touch that family when it comes to car insurance.
