Elizabeth Edwards has had a cud full of Ann Coulter, the right-wing succubus who happily shreds Democrats as traitors or enemies of the USA to sell lots of books.

Coulter, likewise, has been doused with fresh gasoline to keep her pandering pseudo-conservative vitriol alight.
The latest incident occurred when Coulter was appearing on Chris Matthew's MSNBC's "Hardball." Elizabeth Edwards called in to the show and asked Coulter to stop from using insulting language.
Coulter makes fun of chubby legs on Hillary, Monica Lewinsky's weight, and how John Edwards allegedly bankrupted Doctors "with his shyster testimony" to "illiterate juries."
Edwards, the candidate, says Coulter "has no shame." Coulter counters that the Edwards campaign is desperately raising money and using this confrontation with Coulter to oxygenate the fundraising efforts.
Coulter was described by a mixed panel on Matthew's show as a "narcissistic, self-promoting hate monger", yet she laughs it all off and says she won't change her tactics.
The wife of presidential hopeful John Edwards drew a line in the sand, and hoped in her comments that other Americans will call the pundit-for-profit Coulter on her insulting barbs.
Edwards, wife of Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards, said in an previous interview that it's time to put the brakes on the hateful speech. "It may take a while, but if we don't start, it'll take forever," she said.
Coulter laughed at the suggestion and accused Edwards of telling her to stop speaking.
In the past, Ann Coulter has called John Edwards a "faggot" and recently expressed that she said it would be less troubling to say she wished he [Edwards] had died in a terrorist attack.
Elizabeth Edwards said Coulter once wrote that John Edwards might have had a bumper sticker on his car saying, "Ask me about my dead son."
Their teenage son, Wade, was killed in a traffic accident at age 16.
Coulter was glib and asked why a candidate's wife was making such a call.
"I'm the mother of that boy who died," said Elizabeth.
In a phone interview from her North Carolina home Wednesday, Edwards said people like Coulter trade in hurtful insults instead of honest debate. "At some point, somebody has to stand up and say, 'That's enough,' " she said.
Edwards said she did not consult her husband before making the call, though she said campaign aides tracked down the phone number for her. She was sitting in an airport between campaign visits when she saw Coulter on television and called the show.
Coulter, in true form, flipped her long blond hair on Matthew's show and laughed off the attempts at muzzling her profitable machine mouth.
