Is he serious? He shouldn't be allowed any more food than the other inmates. He's losing weight without exercise because of how many calories it takes to maintain such a grossly large size, not because he's being starved! I hope the judge throws it out after chewing his ass for wasting taxpayers' money for such a stupid scheme to be allowed to stuff his face.

The judge isn't going to admonish him for a frivolous lawsuit. Heck, remember the district judge suing the cleaners in DC for a gazillion dollars last year for losing his pants. The lawyers and judges are at fault in these types of cases for representing these clients and for even allowing the case to be heard. It’s all about the money.

Behind every sleazy case is a sleazy lawyer. As a taxpayer, I don't appreciate this guy demanding thousands of calories of food per day while those of us who are feeding him are barely making it in this economy. He will lose even more weight when he becomes big John's bitch in lail.

Aw, too bad you fat bastard. I mean the guy is being held on MURDER charges. He must not have killed a cop or he'd already be dead. Benton County is known for it's policies put in place by former sheriff Andy Lee. I say, 'if you can't do the time, don't do the crime' Note to all crooks, do your deed in Washington county
