I think this is fake, even if it was real why did the guy scream and run away, surely they would have went over to investigate, its not like a migit was going to beat them all up

I too feel bad for the little person. He could be a small statured person with a physical disability, and who is in need of help. He could be a feral child who was abandoned by his parents as a baby for being different. These guys are cowards and I hope that the small guy says 'boo' and scares the crap out of them again.
This is a good kind of curfew and should help cut down on hookers and drug dealers lurking on street corners after hours. Kudos to the gnome.
