Boston Red Sox scout arrested for public 'Yankee'

A scout for the Boston Red Sox is accused of allegedly committing a lewd act in a hotel room that overlooked the pool where at least two teenage girls saw him.
He was arrested Monday, police said Tuesday.
WPTV-TV, West Palm Beach Florida reports that Jesse Levis, 39, faces two felony counts of publicly masturbating in front of children less than 16.
Police and a U.S. Marshals task force arrested him at a Melbourne hotel after he was reportedly ejected from the Springhill Suites in St. Lucie West where the incidents occurred.
Levis, of Pennsylvania, is accused of committing the act on Sunday before hotel management was notified.
WPTV reports that the Police identified Levis as a scout for the Boston Red Sox.
