Amsterdam - Dutch printer Koninklijke Johan Enschede has produced the largest post stamp ever printed, according to an announcment Monday.
The stamp, which is due to be officially presented by TNT Post on Tuesday, measures 60 centimetres in length and is 49.3 centimetres wide.
It will be registered in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest post stamp ever produced.
During a special ceremony, primary schoolchildren from 'Het Kofschip' will place the stamp on an enormous postcard measuring 1.5 metres in width and 3 metres in length.
Het Kofschip is a school in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, a town near Amsterdam. The children will bring the card to a bakery, Bakkerij Out & Zoon, in their hometown.
The bakery was one of a group of several bakeries who last week prepared 440,000 meals for Dutch schoolchildren during the National School Breakfast week.
