A four-year-old Chinese boy fell over accidentally and impaled his face with scissors. Unbelievably, eight days after intensive surgery, he can smile again.

The four-year-old Chinese boy fell over accidentally and impaled his face with scissors.
On the morning of February 13, 2010, Xiao Yu was helping his parents to cut sticky tape for putting Chinese festival scrolls on the door of his home in Qinglong town, Qinghuangdao. He had an accidental fall and the large scissors impaled into his face from the left side of the nose 7cm inside. The blade got stuck into the upper jaw bones.
