I am not familiar with any production of On Golden Pond. I have never seen it on stage, and I’ve never seen the 1981 film version starring Henry Fonda, Katharine Hepburn, and Jane Fonda. That is probably a good thing since it would be easy to compare them with this new production opening on Broadway starring James Earl Jones and Leslie Uggams ...
