"William Jefferson 'Bill' Clinton" (born "William Jefferson Blythe III" (Biography of William J. Clinton) , "The White House" on August 19 1946) was the forty-second President of the United States, serving from 1993 to 2001. Before his presidency, Clinton served nearly twelve years as the 50th and 52nd Governor of Arkansas. He was the third-youngest person to serve as president, behind Theodore Roosevelt and John F.
