Summary
"Teagan Presley" (born July 24, 1985) is an American pornographic actress. Her stage name in part comes from her parents initially wanting to call her 'Teagan' and in part as an homage to Lisa Marie Presley. It should be noted that her surname 'Presley' is owned by the studio Digital Playground.
Biography
Early life
Presley is the oldest sibling in her family and helped raise three brothers and three sisters. She began training in dance and gymnastics when she was seven. Presley moved with her family to San Diego, California at age 15. When she was 15, Presley represented the United States at dance and gymnastic events in Germany and Denmark. She competed in many dance competitions, among them are the well-known "Star Power Talent Competition" and "Showstopper American Dance Championships". Presley competed nationally until she graduated at the age of 17 from Fallbrook High School. She also completed some college courses before starting her adult film career.
Career
Presley was living with a boyfriend who didn't make any money to support them. She started stripping for extra money. This angered her boyfriend so she then sought out an agent on-line to do pornography. Her first role was in "Just Over Eighteen 10" from Red Light District Video.
She performed in 70 pornographic film scenes over the next eight months, many of which included anal scenes.
In late-2004, she signed an exclusive, three-year contract with porn production studio Digital Playground. Presley claims she first became involved in pornography as revenge against her ex-boyfriend.
Teagan has also appeared on mainstream television. In 2004, she appeared on The Howard Stern Show with fellow starlet Cytherea. Both served on a panel to judge girls who wanted to enter the pornography industry. In 2005 she appeared on the hit HBO show Entourage as a member of the "Pussy Patrol" in Season 2, Episode 9: I Love You Too. Off screen she says that her best friends are fellow porn actresses Nadia Styles and Jesse Jane.
Teagan Presley left Digital Playground to start her own web site and production company with her husband, adult performer Tyler Durden (AKA Tyler Wood). She complained that Digital Playground was not allowing her to perform for her new company. However, Digital Playground refuted the complaint and said that Teagan was free to work as lawyers were resolving her contract status.
She is also seen on the cover of Temptress magazine in the unrated version of the movie Superbad. Teagan was also interviewed by Bush League TV for their short internet video 'Bush League 101: How to Break Into the Porn Business.'
In July 2008, Presley publicly stated that she was pursuing a divorce from her husband, Tyler Wood after an assault in April of that year. Shortly following this, she announced that she had her breast implants replaced and that she would be auctioning them on Ebay, with 20% of the proceeds going to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The remainder of the proceeds were to be used to fund her divorce and custody cases.
Family
On November 11, 2005, Presley gave birth to a girl named Jordan. In April 2007 it was announced that she was marrying Tyler Durden; by November 2007 they had indeed married. In May 2007 she gave birth to her second daughter.
She has filed for divorce from Tyler Durden, as of July 2008.
She is bisexual, stating that 'I love girls, but I have to have a male in my life.'
