Scottish actor Sylvester McCoy was born August 20th, 1943 in Dunoon, Strathclyde, Scotland.
The television and film actor is best known for playing the Seventh Doctor of BBC's long running hit sci-fi series "Doctor Who".
In 2011 it was announced that McCoy would play the role of Radagast the Brown in Peter Jackson's "The Hobbit" and it's sequel.

It appears New Line are not keen on the idea of calling the two upcoming 'Hobbit' movies part 1 and part 2. TheOneRing are reporting that the films will go by the titles of 'The Hobbit: There and Back Again', and 'The Hobbit: An/The Unexpected Journey.'
