Spencer Locke
American actress Spencer Locke was born September 20th, 1991 in Winter Park, Florida.
Spencer is an actress of television and film. Her most notable TV roles include recurring roles as Sally Burnish on "Twentysixmiles", Jennifer 2 on "Big Time Rush", Candida on "Phil of the Future", and Kylie on "Cougar Town."
In 2010 she starred as K-Mart in the 2010 horror adaptation "Resident Evil: Afterlife."
