Columbian actress and model Sofía Vergara was born on the 10th of July, 1972.
Vergara was talent spotted as a model while on the beach and went on to appear on the catwalk and in various calendars. Her TV work in Spanish brought her to a US audience where she has starred in the sitcoms Hot Properties and The Knights of Prosperity.
She currently has a role on the ABC show Modern Family.
