Australian actor Philip Quast was born 1957 in Tamworth, New South Wales, Australia.
Philip is an actor of stage, film and television. On TV he is best known for his recurring roles on such shows as "Sons and Daughters," "The Young Doctors" and "Police Rescue."
In 2011 he played former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein in the movie "The Devil's Brother."
