Michael Apted

English film/TV director, producer, and screen writer Michael Apted was born February 10th, 1941 in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England.
Michael's most notable directorial film credits include; "The Triple Echoe" (1972) starring Oliver Reed, "Agatha" (1979) with Vanessa Redgrave, James Bond film "The World Is Not Enough" (1999), war thriller "Enigma" (2001), "Amazing Grace" (2006), and fantasy epics "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" (2010), and "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Silver Chair" (2012).
He also directed the first 3 episodes of critically acclaimed historically based TV drama series "Rome".
