Maria Conchita Alonso
Venezuelan actress and singer Maria Conchita Alonso was born on the 29th June, 1957 in Cuba.
Conchita moved to Venezuela when she was five and grew up in Caracas.
Her career has been varied with modelling (Miss Venezuela), singing, acting (Inc. The Running Man, Predator 2 and Colors) and even starring in a Broadway show.
She also has some strong political opinions, being a critic of Venezuela's president Hugo Chavez.
