Lee Daniels
American film director and producer Lee Daniels was born December 24th, 1959 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
As a film director, Lee is probably most well known for directing the 2009 critically acclaimed hit 'Precious: Based on the novel Push by Sapphire'. He was nominated for the best director gong at 2010 Academy Awards for his directorial involvement in the film.
Lee Daniels is also the producer of such films as 'Monsters Ball' (2001), 'The Woodsman' (2004), 'Shadowboxer' (2005) and 'Tennessee' (2008).
