Ken Foree Biography

"Kentotis Alvin Foree" (born February 29, 1948) is an American actor.
Foree was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He began acting in the 1970s, appearing in the 1976 film "The Bingo Long Traveling All-Stars & Motor Kings" and the 1979 films "The Wanderers" and "Dawn of the Dead", a cult horror film. He also had roles in the films "The Dentist" (1996) and "Knightriders" (1981). In 2005, he played Charlie Altamont in the film "The Devil's Rejects", starring opposite Sid Haig and Bill Moseley, as the adopted brother of Haig's character. Foree also played the role of Roger Rockmore, the father of Kenan and Kyra, on the Nickelodeon comedy series Kenan & Kel.
Foree's upcoming roles include Brotherhood of Blood, Brutal Massacre: A Comedy. He appeared in director Rob Zombie's 2007 film, "Halloween", a remake of the 1978 horror film.
Ken has his own horror festival entitled Foree Fest in the U.K, the first event took place in 2007, and the second is scheduled for October 2009
