"John Michael Montgomery" (born January 20, 1965 in Danville, Kentucky) is an American country music singer-songwriter. He began his career in a band called Early Tymz, whose members included his older brother Eddie Montgomery and their friend Troy Gentry (who currently comprise the country duo Montgomery Gentry). John Michael began a solo career on Atlantic Records in 1992, he made his debut on the American country music scene that year with the release of his debut album "Life's a Dance". ....more
