Get ready to howl at the moon again.  John Landis’ classic film is one that comes up every time there is a list of the best werewolf movies ever made.  The film is a delicious mix of gore and comedy that also features some great special effects from the masterful Rick Baker.  It’s nice to see some wet work as we’ve been inundated with CGI.   ... more

Bat Boy The Musical To Close

London, UK: The West End production of Bat Boy: The Musical will end is run at the Shaftesbury Theater on February 14, 2005.

The show premiered in Los Angeles in 1997. It then opened off-Broadway in 2001, but wnet on hiatus due to lagging ticket sales, then eventually closed. Bat Boy opened in the UK on July 21st where it recieved mostly negative reviews.

If you missed the show, don't worry. John Landis has signed on to direct a big screen version.
