Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close – Movie Review
Trevor Horn has never acted.  He is a bit of a brainiac, and a winner of Jeopardy Teen Challenge.  Horn reportedly deals with issues shared by Oscar, the narrator and lead character in the book and film, a hyper focused and curious adolescent whose single minded obsession sends him on a journey of discovery.

Source Code – Movie Review
Duncan Jones proved his stuff directing his phenomenal film Moon and seems his talent is no fluke.  Jones does a remarkable job with Source Code, a story of a military technological experiment that manipulates time, space and matter.  It’s a complicated premise and at times a bit hard to understand, but it’s worth the extra attention.  ... more

Quantum of Solace – Blu-ray Review
Daniel Craig’s Bond is back and twice as deadly in Quantum of Solace – a direct sequel to the franchise re-launch Casino Royale. Quantum of Solace (Two-Disc Special Edition) – DVD Review
James Bond returns in the first direct sequel made to a Bond film.  Quantum appears to have garnered some very negative reviews and after watching it I can only scratch my head and wonder why.  Sure, it’s not as good as Casino Royale, but it does do a good job of cementing Daniel Craig as the man who can wear Connery’s shoes.   ... more
