"Jake Weber" (born March 19, 1964) is a British actor.

Weber was born in London, England and attended Middlebury in Vermont, where he majored in English Literature and Political Science, graduating cum laude with a BA. He attended the Juilliard School, from which he graduated in 1991, and also studied at Russia's famed Moscow Art Theatre. He sang in Middlebury College's Dissipated Eight.

Weber's break-out role in the US came in 1993, as a lawyer informant in the thriller "The Pelican Brief" with Julia Roberts and Denzel Washington.

Weber has appeared in several films and has made several television appearances on shows such as "Law & Order: Criminal Intent", "NYPD Blue", "American Gothic" and "Law & Order". But it is his role as the supportive husband of Allison DuBois (Patricia Arquette) in NBC's "Medium" for which he is best known. In real life, Weber and girlfriend, Elizabeth Carey, have a son named Waylon born in 2006.

As a boy, Weber was present at the Rolling Stones' recording sessions for the album 'Exile on Main Street' in the summer of 1971. His father, Tommy Weber, was an associate of Keith Richards, who hosted the gathering/recording at Nellcote at his then-residence along the southern coast of France.
