Japanese actor Hiro Kanagawa was born October 13th, 1963 in Sapporo, Japan.
The television and film actor is probably most well known for starring as Principal Kwan in WB's 'Smallville' and as Cyrus Xander in Sci-Fi networks 'Battlestar Gallactica' spin-off, 'Caprica'.
He has also had role in such shows as 'The 4400', 'Blade: The Series', 'The X-Files' and 'Dark Angel'.
