Trevor Nunn will direct Glenn Close in Stephen Soundheim's A Little Night Music due to hit Broadway in 2006. The show first opened in 1973 and is based on Ingmar Bergman's film Smiles of a Summer Night about a group of lovers whose lives come together during a weekend at a country estate, and includes one of Soundheim's most popular songs, 'Send In the Clowns.'
