"Richard Wayne 'Dick' Van Dyke" (born December 13, 1925) is an Emmy-Award winning American actor of film, stage, and screen, comedian and dancer. He is known for his starring roles in "Mary Poppins", "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang", "The Dick Van Dyke Show" in the 1960s, and "Diagnosis: Murder" as Dr. Mark Sloan in the 1990s.
