David Jason

English actor and comedian David Jason (Sir David John White OBE) was born February 2nd, 1940 in Edmonton, London.
The television actor is best known for his roles on classic British televisions show. Probably his most loved character is Derek "Del Boy" Trotter on BBC's classic comedy series "Only Fools and Horses".
Other notable television roles include detective Jack Frost from ITV's "A Touch of Frost", Granville in the sit-com "Open All Hours" and Pop Larkin in the classic comedy "The Darling Buds of May".
Throughout his career David has one a staggering four "BAFTA's", four "British Comedy Award" and five "Natioanl Television Awards".
In 2006 he starred in Sky One's 2 part adaptation of Terry Pratchett's "Hogfather". On the show he played the lead role of Albert.
