"Dave Legeno" (born 12 October 1963) is an English actor, boxer, and cage fighter.
Biography
Legeno was born in Marylebone, London. He worked as a bouncer, debt collector and wrestler before becoming a boxer. His wrestling nickname was Lone Wolf. He is able to do many kind of boxing and martial arts including Western boxing, judo and Brazilian jujitsu, and Thai boxing. He began to participate in cage rage at the age of forty-two. His interests include poetry, reading and playing the guitar. He has said that his goal is 'To strive, to seek, to find and not to yield.' He is currently living in the South of England in a house with his beautiful child.
Acting career
Legeno has been quoted as saying that he would like to act since he read William Shakespeare's Richard III. He later studied performing arts at a college in America before he began to have roles in advertisements. His first major film role was in Guy Richie's "Snatch". Since then he has had roles in "Batman Begins", "Elizabeth: The Golden Age", "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince" and "Centurion". He also leant his voice to the videogame "The Getaway: Black Monday".
