Chuck Berry
American guitarist and singer Chuck Berry was born on the 18th of October, 1926 in Missouri.
Berry was interested in music from a young age and first performed during Summer High School. Later he travelled to Chicago where Muddy Waters recommended he contact Chess Records. They gave him his first big hit with Maybellene, which sold over a million copies.
Other famous Chuck Berry songs include Johnny B. Goode and Rock and Roll Music.
Berry has toured extensively and recorded dozens of albums.
