New York: Billy Crystal's 700 Sundays opens today. Billy Crystal’s dad died when the comedian was just 15. He worked three jobs throughout his life, leaving only 700 Sundays for father and son to spend together. In the show, Crystal takes an autobiographical look at his life and the people and events that made him who he is.

Des McAnuff directs the show which is set to run until March 6, 2005. The show has already been labeled a hit since racking up great advance sales.
