miss walters:
i have watched you with my parents my intire life. when you left 20/20 i was a little upset. it was like having a family friend move away.
i want to say , when YOUR show The View began airing, i watched in support of you. hoping to see more of who you are personally. there has been many changes on the show. many recent changes to which to believe reflect poorly
on who you really are. i understand ratings for any show is important and i want you always to have much success as you have had in years past. i want to express to you that i do admire your many years of strong, informative, passionate,and honest reporting. i am very disturb by the rosie ordeal. this is so much below who you are and have work to be precived . i am shocked that you are allowing someone whom works for you to disrepect you and over power you on what was once YOUR show. i am not an attorney so i dont know if you cannot dismiss rosie for legal resons. {i hope that is the case} i say this because you are a trusted and respected reporter and woman. i have a hard time excepting that you have turned to thrash t.v. just for ratings, when you are more than qualified to have any choice of making money any where and in the proper light inwhich you have work so hard to accomplish. if The View is something you strongly want to do, then would you please take out the thrash and redeem what you stand for. and i dont believe thrash t.v. is what you want to be remembered for from my generation {36} and all other generations that have become to know of you through the years as a top trusted and very respected person. i no longer watch The View. to watch it disturbs me because of the REAL VIEW i have of you.
