Alan Shearer

Former English footballer, manager and sports pundit Alan Shearer was born August 13th, 1970 in Newcastle upon Tyne, England.
To date Alan Shearer holds the record for most goals scored in the English Premier League.
Over his playing career he played at such clubs as Southampton, Blackburn Rovers and Newcastle United. He is Newcastle United's all time highest goal scorer. In 2009 he took a short-term managerial role at the club.
Shearer made 63 appearances for the England national side scoring 30 goals in that time.
Nowaday's Alan is a regular pundit on BBC's 'Match of the Day' programme.
