Summary
"Aaron Michael Paul" (born "Aaron Paul Sturtevant"; August 27, 1979) is an American actor currently starring as Jesse Pinkman in the AMC series "Breaking Bad", which premiered on January 20 2008 and a recurring role on the HBO series, "Big Love" as Scott.
Biography
Paul was born in Emmett, Idaho. Before "Breaking Bad", Paul starred in the Korn music video for the song 'Thoughtless.' Paul also had roles in the independent film "Perfect Opposites", as well as "Bad Girls From Valley High" (aka "A Fate Totally Worse than Death"), "Mission: Impossible III", "K-Pax", "National Lampoon's Van Wilder", and "The Last House on the Left". Paul will next star in "Wreckage", due out sometime in 2009.
Paul has also made guest appearances on shows such as "The Guardian", "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation", "CSI: Miami", "ER", "Bones", "Criminal Minds" and "Sleeper Cell".
Awards
On July 16, 2009, Paul was nominated for his first Primetime Emmy Award in the category Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his role as Jesse on "Breaking Bad". The 61st Primetime Emmy Awards are scheduled for September 20, 2009.
