..you'd been better off doing what Marc Rich did i.e. lam it to a foreign nation and then pay the Democratic National Committee $1 million to ge the President to drop the charges....

from wikipedia
During hearings after Rich's pardon, Lewis 'Scooter' Libby, who had represented Rich from 1985 until the spring of 2000, denied that Rich had violated the tax laws but criticized him for trading with Iran at a time when that country was holding U.S. hostages.
I didn't know scooter libby was a democrat,I always thought he was a neocon. So why blame only Clinton SP4?

And more on Mark Rich, this time on his Israeli ties, again from wikipedia:
Marc Rich had also made substantial donations to Israeli charitable foundations. Clinton explained his decision by noting that similar situations were settled in civil, not criminal court, and cited clemency pleas from Israeli government officials, including then-Prime Minister Ehud Barak.
How convenient to leave this important information out SP4.
Why say it all when half the story suites you better, right ?ESpecially if your neocon buddies are involved too as well as Israel.

SP4: well abe, do the mathJun 21st, 2009 - 15:25:59

1) Libby was representing his client. That, Abe, is a lawyers responsibility in America.

2) Isreal, the weather, angels on a pin, etc., have nothing to do with anything. In fact, Rich's charges stemmed from a charge that was NO LONGER a crime in America, a fact that, by Justice dept standards, is reason to DROP the case. Tell me Abe..why would the Clinton JDP keep it on the books? $1 million perhaps?...by a guy who lied under oath>...NAW!

l o l

Curiously, it was the same for Libby i.e. outing Val Plame, an act Richard Armitige admitted to and was gagged in Libbys trial, was not a crime either, but the jury admitted to using in his kangaroo tiral for 'obstructing Justice' to wrongfully convict him of.

If you're going to get the facts, get them all.

First of all dimwit what 'math'? Second of all none of the following is a 'fact', all lies or suppositions on your brain dead neo-con mind. God you are stupid.

'1) Libby was representing his client. That, Abe, is a lawyers responsibility in America.'

What does this have to do with what he said? For once try and get a bit on topic and not just your stupid spin.

'2) Isreal, the weather, angels on a pin, etc., have nothing to do with anything. What 'facts' are here. Here let me answer that cause you are too stupid to get it right---no facts at all.

'l o l'

We laugh at you every day, you are the the dim bulb on this tree.

'Curiously, it was the same for Libby i.e. outing Val Plame, an act Richard Armitige admitted to and was gagged in Libbys trial, was not a crime either, but the jury admitted to using in his kangaroo tiral for 'obstructing Justice' to wrongfully convict him of.'

Blah, blah, blah. Nothing in truth here, just more neo-con claptrap.

'If you're going to get the facts, get them all.'

Maybe you should get a dictionary not only for your spelling but so you can look up the meaning of 'fact'.

Another classic example of American fraud and thievery. A product of US style capitalism. I hope the United States doesn't change its system so that we can keep our foolish pride, but get left behind by other more successful powers. Everything in the US is overrated and overpriced anyways.

Your double standards are showing again,as usual. You rant against lawyers all the time here, have you forgotten that ?But now that a notorious neocon lawyer is involved he gets a free ticket from you .How typically you.Hypocrite!

...none of this still makes me wrong. You donut boys still miss the mark every time.

Libby? His only mistake was that he thought he was invincible, f--ked up in his Grand Jury testimony, when he should have taken the 5th, and got hung, by a b iased jury. The fact still remains that Richard Armitige was the guy who ADMITTED outing Plame, not Libby. Pity Libby could not negotiate a one million dollar donation to the DNC for himself, eh?

Small potatos when you consider Pelosi sat though about 60 meetings on 'interrogation', got amnesia, and then gagged investigations into it all driven by the need for a Bush 'truth commission'.

L o L

Once again, libnazi morals i.e. no morals at all, surface, showing that you reject the right to legal representation and all it entails, not much of a surprise when you consider all the other parts of the Consititution you've tried to destroy over the years too. No thanks.

God you are stupid, you are/were/always will be wrong, that is the point pinhead.

Hey stupid, he did not get convicted of 'outing Plame'. He was convicted of perjury. When stupid was invented, you were the first in lie to get it.

'Small potatos when you consider Pelosi sat though about 60 meetings on 'interrogation', got amnesia, and then gagged investigations into it all driven by the need for a Bush 'truth commission'.'

Another lie from the liar of the board. The truth (I know that is a foreign word to you) is that she was given selected information, and where did she 'gag' investigations?

'L o L'

Yes, we are again laughing out loud at you---again dimwit. By the way you cannot even spell that without showind your stupidity---it is LOL.

'Once again, libnazi morals i.e. no morals at all, surface, showing that you reject the right to legal representation and all it entails, not much of a surprise when you consider all the other parts of the Consititution you've tried to destroy over the years too. No thanks.'

No morals, coming from a guy who supports a party that has members that claim to be moral and then cheat on their wives with boys? The party that lied to congress, lied to the american people, broke all constitutional laws with illegal wiretaps, the friggin list is way too long to put on this page.

And by the way, we do not want people like you to join us. We want scumballs like you to stick together (that is easy as you are all slim coated) so we know where you are when we come and get you and lock you up.
