It can hardly be the 'second US shooting in two days', when the average killings by guns per DAY in the USA is 50.
The headline writers simply mean 2nd 'multiple' shooting. After all killing by guns is so common by the gun crazed citizens of America that single person killings are not worth mentioning in the news
i never in all my years thought America would be the number one country for murders . i am 65 and very ashamed of my country . being a nam vet i will no longer stand for the national anthem or salute the flag anymore.
to ashamed
Sorry, Carl, you can't condemn an entire country for a few crazed individuals - for shame for not honoring our flag! The percentage is still pretty small compared to the millions upon millions of decent people.
This is a great country; it just comes with a bundle of flaws.
But unfortunately none that regulate gun frenzy, unlike any other civilized country.
