Even Factcheck.org Has to Admit Obama Lied His ass off on ACORN Last Night
From last night's debate:
Obama: 'The only involvement I've had with ACORN is, I represented them... in making Illinois implement a motor voter law that helped people get registered at DMVs.'
Factcheck.org response:
He did, but that wasn't his only involvement. He also worked closely with ACORN's Chicago office when he ran a Project Vote registration drive after law school, and Obama did some leadership training for Chicago ACORN. The Woods Fund, where Obama served as a board member, gave grants to ACORN's Chicago branch; both organizations are concerned with disadvantaged populations in that city. And during the primaries of this election, Obama's campaign paid upwards of $800,000 to the ACORN-affiliated Campaign Services Inc. for get-out-the-vote efforts (not voter registration). Those services were initially misrepresented on the campaign's Federal Election Commission reports, an error that some find suspicious and others say is par for the course. ACORN's Chicago office and CSI have not been under investigation.
Unsurprisingly, Obama also, once again, blatantly lied about his relationship with Bill Ayers and his vote on the Born Alive Infant Protection Act, both of which, sadly went completely unmentioned.

' McCain, who is lagging in the polls behind Obama, '
Gallup has Obama up 49-47 with a margin of error of 2%. Have you heard that anywhere today? Of course not.
The media neeeeeds this to be over right now. Anything that contradicts that template is utterly disregarded. Gallup took some heat for changing their party weighting to include more Democrats, which accounted for Obama’s inflated numbers over the last couple of weeks. So they decided to do three polls, one of Registered Voters (RV) (useless as a predictor), Likely Voters (LV), and a new “Traditional” Likely Voters (TLV), which reflects the, well, traditional weighting of the parties. So here are today’s Daily Tracking Poll numbers.
Note that the results do not reflect last night’s debate, and can only mean that McCain was already closing the gap. Look for this get even tighter over the next couple of days.
Above poster just stacks up mud.His idea to refer to factcheck is dangerous for himself.I neer thought the GOP would dare to do that.So dear readers ,for once check for yourelved indeed and see who is right.

Good source indeed,non partisan.
'His idea to refer to factcheck is dangerous for himself'
I always use the facts. You just preach and see what you want to see. Fix your own country before you lecture Americans on ours. From what I have seen you are in no position to be lecturing
Couldn't agree more. McCain shot himself in the foot when he chose Palin.
In the worst case scenario;
If elderly McCain died while he was President then the crazy Palin would take over. What do you think would happen ?
I shudder at the thought.
'If elderly McCain died while he was President then the crazy Palin would take over. '
If Barack gets elected and lives then idiot barack wold be in charge.. I shudder at the thought.

Joe, who is real name is Samuel, admits he does not have a plumber's licence
Doubt has been cast over the story of 'Joe the plumber', the man who unexpectedly became the star of this week's US presidential debate.
Joe Wurzelbacher, of Ohio, was thrown into the spotlight after he was used by John McCain as an example of who might suffer under Barack Obama's tax plans.
But it now emerges he is not a licensed plumber and owes $1,200 in back taxes
LOL!
Joe the Plumber springs a few leaks
This has got to be the funniest write -up I've seen in twenty years. I nearly died laughing!
Enjoy!

...golly, what a surprise...
What is so funny about Joe the Plumber?
He got a speeding ticket? - I get one a year.
He owes back taxes? - get in line!
He doesn't have a Plumbers license? - typical libnazi union-freatherbedding law, and no one says Joe broke it.
What's next...Jimmy Hoffa found in his freezer?
Wanna read something funny?...go see the Miami Herald's circulation losses for the last five years...and then realize making light of a person's circumstances is bad for business.
Oh yeah, one other thing...none oof that makes Joe wrong.
no one is saying any of this makes poor Joe wrong. It just shows that McCain took a situation he didn't really know much about and ran with it, making a fool out of himself and causing Joe more publicity than he wanted.
Why isn't anyone reporting that Joe the Plumber was a 'plant' in the Obama crowd, put there by the McCain campaign? McCain's 'Old buddy Joe' had already made the rounds of the right-wing talk radio shows days before - they planned this all along. Unfortunately for McCain, his campaign didn't vet Joe the Plumber any more than they vetted Sarah Palin.
believe people vote for Obama for the novelty of saying they voted for the first black president, certainly not for the fact he is most qualified. It is difficult to believe any of these people are much smarter than a post.
Numpty.
was extreme right wing.
