I see nothing wrong with Obama's plan.You already have a thought police in the USA,21 so called intelligence gathering agencies,a truly staggering amount of secret services,all of them controlled by the government,many of them covering the same turf,eager to compete each other.Very,very counter productive and very anti democratic too.Obama seems to want to cut into that bureaucracy and promote community organizations .Isn't that the exact opposite of red tape bureaucracy and bigh brother that the GOP invokes to counter this plan ?
Do you really prefer 21 agencies spying on you ?
Obama is right,kick the neocon infrastructure out together with their previous bosses Cheney,Rumsfeld and Rove:out,out,out .
No more excessive spending and abuse of human rights .
Most of these agencies have been rigges with croneys of the neocon idiots that fed you paranoia for eight years.

Sounds like a dictatorial socialist state to me, similar to Nazi Germany, with a hint of one wold government thrown in. Rather scary! Surely, we do not want to vote this down upon ourselves.
